Resonate
Tell your story
in your real voice
and unlock your power.
Resonate surrounds you with support, safety, and play to unlock the power of your voice. Six months. Ten women. One nest.
I'm curious — let's talkNext cohort begins Fall 2026 · San Francisco IRL + Virtual · A nest for 10 Women
Sound familiar?
You're smart. Capable. Accomplished. You've worked hard and you've earned it.
So why does it still feel like you're performing confidence instead of living it?
You know what you want to say — but somewhere along the way learned to edit yourself before speaking.
Soften the point. Wait one more beat.
Say it in a way that sounds more acceptable, more polished, more professional.
And then someone else speaks your instinct.
People can feel when we're not being real. It creates dissonance — like an instrument that's slightly out of tune — and makes it harder to connect with us and with our message. That's why we begin by calibrating the instrument. When we're in tune, our presence carries resonance, and we're able to connect in harmony and create things that truly land.
Why this matters now
Who you are – your human uniqueness – has always been what sets you apart.
Yet for a long time you didn’t want to be different. You wanted to be taken seriously. That meant fitting in. Playing it safe was smart. The armor worked and it got you here.
But in a world of AI the strategies that helped you get here aren’t the same ones that will help you move forward and lead.
Fitting in now means disappearing; because anyone can generate content that meets the need. Talking points, research, decks, language. What only you can bring is your presence, your delivery, your timing, your conviction, the sound only you can make.
That's not a soft skill. That's your edge. And right now there’s urgency to owning your essence.
"The gap between a good idea poorly delivered and a good idea brilliantly delivered has never been wider."
— Matt ChurchWhen you own your essence, things shift.
Not in a vague, "show up as your best self" way. In real, specific, you'll-feel-it-in-the-room ways.
The pitch lands instead of landing flat. The negotiation turns instead of stalling. You stop losing the internal argument before you even open your mouth.
You speak into the room and people lean forward — not because you performed harder, but because something rang true.
And here's what disappears: the constant self-editing. The soften-the-point-until-it-disappears move. The waiting for permission to keep going.
That's not confidence building work. That's resonance work. And it starts with your voice.
The Resonate Practice
Resonate is a space to practice using your true sound before the stakes are high — so that when the stakes are high:
You're not performing power.
You're standing in it.
Meet your guide
Hi. I'm Molly.
For over a decade, I've helped leaders, artists, and professionals find the voice they stopped trusting — in boardrooms, on stages, in writing rooms, and in the quiet conversations that change everything.
I bring a rare combination: years leading engagement strategy at the enterprise level, training in experimental theater and somatics, and a lifetime of facilitating groups and coaching people to find their stories and own their authentic sound.
I don't hand you a playbook. I help you excavate the story that's already there — and shape it into something that moves people from information to action.
Oh, and the process? It's phenomenably happifying.
— Molly Kittle, Connect with Story
The Journey
Calibrate. Connect. Create.
Resonate moves from the inside out. Because a voice that inspires is built on truth, not trends. It's anchored in presence, purpose, and the power of your essence.
The Exhale
Learn to work with your nervous system so you can stay grounded, present, and available to your own knowing.
Through somatic practices and nervous system tools, you learn to regulate — not as theory, but as tools you can reach for in real time. You get grounded and you expand your capacity to stay present when it matters most.
The Voice
Practice telling the truth in a room where you don't have to hide, harden, or perform professionalism to belong.
You stop performing "professional" and experiment with being sincere. You say something you've never said out loud, in a voice that feels easy instead of engineered. And instead of the ground swallowing you, another woman reflects it back. You realize everyone was carrying the same thing.
The Energy Moves
Turn presence into motion — the conversation, pitch, boundary, idea, decision, or next chapter that becomes possible when you're in tune.
You have the conversation you've been avoiding. You pitch the idea you've been sitting on. You say yes to what's yours — or no to what was never yours. You don't just feel different. You act different. And the world responds.
Presence + Purpose + Power = Possibility

Why the group matters
Resonate is built for the growth that happens when women are together, in a space of shared resonance, witnessing, and practice.
Saying the thing out loud in a room that can hold it. Not to perform it. Not to perfect it. To let it land. To hear your own voice more clearly because other women are listening, reflecting, practicing, becoming.
That's why Resonate is designed as a group experience. In spaces like this, people gain more than information. They build confidence. They strengthen self-trust. They stay engaged longer. They are more likely to actually use what they are learning in real life.
This is key in nervous system regulation, storytelling, and personal development, where insight doesn't make the learning useable in the moments that matter. We need repetition. Reflection. Relational safety. A community that helps the learning land in the body and not just in the mind.

Is this you?
Resonate is for the woman who...
- Has accomplished plenty but feels a gap between her resume and her real self
- Edits herself before she speaks — and is exhausted by the effort
- Knows she's playing it safe and suspects something more powerful is on the other side
- Wants to lead, create, or pivot — but can't seem to move until something deeper shifts
- Craves a space where she doesn't have to perform, manage, or be "on"
- Is drawn to the idea that play, story, and human connection might be the doorway — not another framework or strategy deck
This isn't for everyone.
Resonate is not a course. It's not a masterclass. There's no passive consumption. This is a living, breathing nest — designed for practice, for presence, and for contribution. It asks you to show up, to be seen, to play, to feel. If you're looking for tips and templates, this isn't your room. If you're ready to find your own frequency? We've been saving you a seat.
Resonate welcomes all who identify as women — if you feel the call, there's a seat for you.
What people say about working with Molly
It has been a revelation for me. Her creativity and kindness have mitigated the stress and enhanced the joy of my project by orders of magnitude. The plethora of routes she has to help me get to writing the beautiful truth is inspiring.
Molly has a way of listening for and seeing the best in me. She asks great questions and brings a sense of humor in important moments. She was very instrumental in my committing to some creative pursuits. She is a natural advocate for my voice.
With Molly, no topic is too taboo, no expression too far fetched. She inquires with such precision, and reflects with an intuitive clarity, that "coach" alone cannot define her. I left feeling empowered, energized, and galvanized to move forward.
It was the trust generated in that room that was so special. Molly gathered and skillfully animated wonderful, brave people to create a microcosm of real. That was unadulterated soul food.

Questions you might be holding
A good place to start: take the Resonate Self-Reflection — a few quiet minutes to notice what's calling to you.
Resonate isn't traditional coaching. It's a nest designed around the truth that transformation happens when you feel safe enough to be real. The 1:1 sessions give you depth. The cohort gives you witnesses. The practice partners give you range. If you're drawn to it, that's your answer.
One 1:1 coaching session per month (scheduled around your life), one private cohort workshop on the 1st Saturday, one community workshop on the 3rd Saturday, and two practice partner sessions monthly. The Connect with Story community events are optional. Think of it as roughly ~6 hours a month dedicated to coming home to yourself.
Resonate is a hybrid experience. Cohort workshops and community events happen in San Francisco. Coaching sessions and practice partner sessions can happen virtually. We'll find the rhythm that works for you and the cohort.
Each month, Molly features a woman from her own life and journey — collaborators, mentors, creative partners, and co-conspirators who've shaped her work. They share their stories and wisdom as part of the workshop experience, because the whole premise of Resonate is that we don't do this alone.
That's not a problem to solve — it's the perfect place to start. Calibrate comes before Connect for a reason. We begin with grounding, with listening, with getting comfortable in the room. When you're ready, you'll share a story — not your memoir, not a TED talk, just a moment that matters to you, in your own words, at your own pace. Every woman in the room is doing the same brave, quiet thing.
The program is designed to be complete in itself — you leave with tools, practices, and a sound that's yours, not dependency. Many participants continue attending Connect with Story community events or explore deeper work with Molly. But you'll know what's right for you.
